The expansion follows Fellow Health’s New York State conditional approval earlier this month and reflects the company’s provider-first approach: integrating advanced semen analysis directly into clinical workflows rather than around them.

With New York conditional approval in place, fertility and urology clinicians can offer Fellow Health’s validated analysis as a managed extension of their own care, preserving continuity, supporting follow-up compliance, and keeping the provider at the center of the patient’s reproductive health journey. Orders originate with the physician, patients complete collection at home, and results return to the practice to inform clinical decision-making. By making testing easier and more accessible, this approach reduces time to treatment.

Fellow Health expects to receive full New York State approval for its comprehensive semen analysis and will continue working with NYSDOH CLEP through that process. The test is available to New York providers effective immediately.
